Federal and State law, including but not limited to section 485 of the Federal Higher Education Act, as amended (20 U.S.C. § 1092), and regulations promulgated thereunder (including 34 C.F.R. §§ 668.41-668.49), requires all institutions of higher education to provide specified information to prospective and current students, employees, and the general public.
