The ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵ Bylaws, Governing Policies and Regulations were issued in 1996 when the independent ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵ Board of Trustees was established. Amendments to these documents require approval by the Board of Trustees. The date on which amendments have been approved are noted in the footnotes.
